A little more clarity.
Good questions deserve straightforward answers.
Can I start using Frwrd today?
Frwrd is currently used in a private household pilot. Public signup is being prepared. Join the early-access list and we’ll contact you when a place is available. Joining is free and does not create a subscription.
Does Frwrd connect to Colombian banks?
The planned bank connection service is for supported U.S. institutions through Plaid. Colombian accounts use supported statement imports and manual accounts. We are not promising a live Bancolombia bank connection.
What counts as a bank login?
One connection is one bank login. If that login returns several checking, savings or card accounts, those accounts share one slot. A separate login at the same bank uses another slot. Institution and account coverage can vary.
Are dollars and pesos mixed together?
Regular reports keep USD and COP separate. The currency report provides an explicit combined view with historical reference rates, original amounts and missing-rate indicators. It is a reporting view, not a currency-exchange service.
Will my partner need my password?
No. The planned Household and Pro subscriptions include two separate logins in one shared workspace. Both people can organize household records; the owner manages the subscription and connections.
Does Frwrd move my money or give investment advice?
No. Frwrd helps organize financial information and planning. It does not hold funds, initiate bank transfers, execute trades or provide personalized financial, tax or investment advice.
What is planned for ChatGPT and Claude?
Pro is being developed with personal, permission-based agent connections. Availability will be announced only after each supported client is verified. A Frwrd subscription will not include a ChatGPT or Claude subscription.
