These terms cover this website and its early-access list. Paid subscriptions are not available here yet.
Using this website
Frwrd is an independent project developing household-finance software. You may use this site to learn about the product, ask questions and request early-access updates. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. Do not submit someone else’s contact information without their permission.
Early access is not a purchase
Joining the list is free. It does not create a subscription, guarantee access by a particular date, reserve a permanent price or obligate you to pay. The $5 Household and $10 Pro prices are planned monthly USD prices, subject to final provider terms. Availability, tax, features, usage limits, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before any future purchase.
We will identify the independent business providing paid subscriptions and present its service terms before checkout. Nothing on this site signs you up for a paid service or authorizes us to charge you.
Product information
The site distinguishes the current private pilot from features being prepared for public release. Dashboard illustrations use fictional figures. Bank coverage, imported history and supported file formats vary. Frwrd is not a bank, money transmitter, broker, investment adviser or tax adviser. It does not hold funds, move money, execute trades or guarantee a financial result. Review source records and seek qualified advice when needed.
Responsible use
Do not attempt to access another household, bypass safeguards, submit malicious files, flood the forms or misuse contact information. We may block abusive requests to protect the service and its users. Please report a suspected security issue through the contact page without including secrets or private financial records.
Third-party services
Linked services have their own terms and privacy practices. Mentions of Plaid, banks, ChatGPT or Claude do not imply endorsement or guaranteed availability. A future Frwrd subscription will not include subscriptions to those AI services.
Availability and your rights
We aim to keep information accurate, but a developing product and its website may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the informational website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
