Your data, your decisions.

Trust starts
with specifics.

Here is what the current private pilot does, and how we’re approaching public launch.

Transport and access

The live service uses HTTPS. Authentication cookies are secure and HTTP-only. Household records require authentication; the public marketing site and its early-access database are separate from financial records.

Bank connections

The public launch is being prepared for transaction data from supported U.S. institutions through Plaid. Connection credentials stay on the server, and pilot tokens are encrypted there. Frwrd does not provide a form asking you to send us your bank password. Complete bank authorization only within the provider’s connection flow.

Two people, intentional sharing

The commercial Household and Pro experience is being built with separate logins and an owner-controlled invitation. A shared household means the other member can see shared financial records. Use a personal account for information you do not intend to share.

Clear evidence

Imported transactions, pending entries, transfers and scheduled forecasts are different things. Frwrd labels them accordingly. USD and COP remain separate in everyday views; combined reporting shows exchange-rate context.

Early-access privacy

The signup form asks for an email and a few preferences, never financial documents. Optional site analytics use aggregate counts and start only with your permission. We do not load advertising pixels. Read the privacy policy for retention and removal options.

Still being prepared

Commercial Plaid approval, public registration, production billing, independent-business details and the customer support process must be ready before paid launch. Pro’s public agent connections remain in development. We do not claim a SOC 2 certification, guaranteed bank coverage or completed marketplace approval.
